This military unit was accustomed to functioning under any conditions in the unforgiving environment in which they were stationed. From sunshine to the harshest of weather, they were trained to perform properly. Our dogs are trained to perform in whatever circumstances our clients require - from basic household behavior training to driven SAR dogs who work in the roughest of weather to rock solid protection dogs - and everything in between. Blackwatch dogs will function under the greatest of environmental stressors because our training is designed to produce reliability above all else.

The Blackwatch Process

At Blackwatch, you can bring your dog to us to have it trained, or you can purchase a trained dog from us. For our clients wishing to purchase a trained dog for a specific purpose, we select dogs based on each client's individual needs. Different breeds of dogs have different drive levels & intended purposes. Our trainers are highly skilled at recommending various breeds for different jobs. This ensures that the dog selected is the best dog for the intended job.

All of the dogs at Blackwatch are kenneled under the 24-hour monitored supervision of one of our trainers and worked daily. This is significant, because training a dog takes place 24-7...not just during "normal" business hours. Therefore, we always have a professional trainer on the premises. The training the dogs receive is intensive & fit to each individual dog. The owners can have pictures and videos e-mailed to them, documenting their dog throughout the training process. Of course, owners can have updates, contact or visits with their dogs at any time during their training. We also offer a lifetime of e-mail/phone support to answer any future questions the owner may have for the life of the dog. Likewise, free on-site maintenance training for the dog & owner team is also provided.
